Delivery Details

This project enhanced a public-sector disaster information platform with an AI assistant and multilingual services. It covered public-service scenarios, conversational and information needs, knowledge sources and answer boundaries, assistant workflows, translation capabilities, content governance, human review, and user experience. The design emphasized the timeliness, consistency, and error risk of emergency information so users across languages could access clear, understandable, and source-grounded guidance.

01

Industry Context

Disaster information is time-sensitive, high-cost when wrong, and consumed by diverse audiences. A public-service AI assistant therefore needs controlled knowledge sources, answer boundaries, human review, and content governance—not only fluent conversation—to provide fast, clear, consistent, multilingual guidance.

02

Business Problem

Time-sensitive public disaster information needed to remain consistent and understandable across languages.

03

What I Built

Designed assistant conversations, multilingual translation, content governance, and service integration.

04

Business Impact

Improved information accessibility and interaction efficiency for a more diverse public audience.
