Delivery Details

This project focused on on-demand booking and real-time matching performance in a priority market, combining order demand, active supply, acceptance behavior, matching wait, cancellation, and completion into one operational view. Analysis was sliced by date, time, geography, customer type, service category, and new-versus-returning cohorts to understand how demand peaks, supply gaps, acceptance, completion, and conversion friction interacted. Beyond describing current performance, comparisons across locations and cohorts translated findings into recommendations for supply allocation, service flow, customer strategy, and ongoing measurement.

01

Industry Context

On-demand booking and logistics performance is highly local: population and commercial density, peak demand, available supply, and service behavior all shape matching and completion. Regional averages cannot replace market-level analysis, so operating decisions must be grounded in the local supply-demand structure.

02

Business Problem

Regional averages obscured the supply-demand structure and local behavior of one market, limiting the value of generic strategies.

03

What I Built

Built market-specific supply, demand, and conversion measures, comparing the full booking-to-completion journey across time, location, service, and cohort slices.

04

Business Impact

Clarified the market's main supply gaps and demand friction, enabling more localized operational and growth decisions.
